Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for candidates who embody our people-first philosophy. This position is for Saturday & Sunday nights, 11pm - 7am. Our downtown Tempe location puts you in the middle of the action! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management systems. Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person. Handle reservations, guest requests, and billing accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. Provide information about local attractions, dining, and hotel services. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records and support daily front desk operations. Experience & Qualifications Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills.
