Part‑Time Night Auditor

Position Summary The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing daily financial transactions, assisting guests during overnight hours, and maintaining the safety and security of the property. This role blends hospitality, accounting accuracy, and calm overnight guest service. Key Responsibilities Complete nightly audit procedures, including posting and reconciling charges Prepare daily reports for management and accounting Assist guests with late check‑ins, inquiries, and special requests Answer phones and provide warm, professional service throughout the night Monitor property security and conduct occasional walk‑throughs Address guest concerns or emergencies with composure and sound judgment Support Front Desk operations and ensure a smooth morning handoff Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to hotel policies

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or basic accounting Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience Familiarity with property management systems

From $18.00 per hour
