Location:
This position in located in the heart of North Orange County, Brea, California is a thriving city known for its strong community values, exceptional quality of life, and vibrant business environment. To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited to, check-in and checkout of guests which contributes to an overall positive experience. What will you do?
Night Audit Duties:
1. Perform all audit procedures and prepare required audit reports as set forth by the hotel and company daily. 2. Balance all cash receipts, reconcile daily revenue, and make deposits of cash. 3. Prepare the front office for morning operations and reset the day's business. 4. Act as Guest Services Agent and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours. 5. Handle wake-up call requests, PBX operations, and other front desk functions as needed. 6. Attend and participate in front office meetings and training sessions. 7. Support and adhere to company values, mission statement, service standards, and guest service philosophy.
Security Duties:
8. Ensure guest and property security by monitoring the lobby, office areas, hallways, stairways, public restrooms, parking lots, guest rooms, and other assigned areas 9. Counting all vehicles 10. Scanning location QR Codes during patrols etc. 11. Monitor surveillance cameras and maintain accurate entries in the security log. 12. Escort guests and employees to vehicles when requested. 13. Report and document incidents, including disturbances, injuries, or emergencies, contacting police authorities when necessary. 14. Assist guests with directions, complaints, or requests for assistance, offering proactive help when guests appear in difficult situations. 15. Maintain awareness of property activity, including bar areas and exterior spaces, addressing disturbances or unruly behavior. 16. Delivering guests requests, clearing any China, Glass, Sliver and or trash from the corridors during thier patrols. 17. Provide assistance to staff with unruly or intoxicated guests when needed. 18. Maintain confidentiality of all security and hotel reports/documents. 19. Maintain knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures. 20. Additional duties as assigned by management.

Schedule & Hours:
This position is Full-time . The role follows a rotating schedule (Monday-Sunday). Ability to work any scheduled day of the week and time of day, including holidays, based on business needs is required.
