This vital role ensures smooth overnight operations, maintains guest satisfaction, and upholds the hotel's reputation for exceptional service. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills Maintain security by monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting patrols of the property, and controlling access points during overnight hours Prepare comprehensive shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests and communicate with staff effectively Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and guest services practices Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and maintain professional phone etiquette Experience working in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable Familiarity with hospitality standards, guest relations, and security protocols is beneficial Join us at 1906 Lodge to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
