Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, managing front desk activities, overseeing guest services, and maintaining the integrity of our property management systems. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence while ensuring safety and operational efficiency throughout the night. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using hospitality reservation systems. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing outstanding customer service and problem-solving solutions Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account reconciliations Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and resort services in multiple languages or bilingual communication when needed Qualifications Proven experience in hotel front desk operations Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and customer service standards Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse clientele Familiarity with night audit processes, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems is essential Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and strong customer service problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail and operational accuracy Previous experience in hospitality reservation systems and guest relations roles will be advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive approach keeps our hotel running smoothly overnight!
