Compensation:

$16.90 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
