With multiple locations near popular attractions, we are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through friendly service and quality accommodations. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Night Auditor to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth overnight operation of our hotel, handling guest services, financial reconciliations, and security checks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for hospitality, this opportunity is perfect for you! As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests and play a key role in maintaining our hotel's reputation for outstanding service. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during overnight hours with check-in and check-out procedures Reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and billing records Maintain accurate records of all guest accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and emergency calls Ensure adherence to hotel policies regarding phone etiquette, guest privacy, and safety protocols Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations effectively Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guests Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk technology is advantageous Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor and become an essential part of delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during nighttime hours!
