Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold hotel standards through accurate financial reconciliation and attentive guest services. Your proactive attitude will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests while maintaining the safety and security of the property. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment, ensuring every guest's stay begins and ends with excellence. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and financial transactions using property management systems such as PEP, OnQ or similar platforms Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized attention Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety for guests and staff Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth transition between shifts Assist with reservation management using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy in booking details and special requests Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP, OnQ or comparable platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unforeseen situations confidently Previous experience working night shifts in a hospitality setting is preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest relations enhances overall performance in this role
