Join us at the Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center as we embark on an exciting rebranding and renovation journey! We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to help deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our nightly financial operations. In this key overnight role, you'll balance the responsibilities of front desk service with auditing duties—ensuring a smooth transition between hotel operations day and night. Responsibilities:
Accurately reconcile daily revenue and expenses, including room rates, food and beverage sales, and other relevant accounts. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive Check guests in and out, ensuring all details are accurate Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Process payments and manage cash drawer Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests

Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel operations or as a night auditor is required Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in using property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS, Safelok) High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Mathematical skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Availability :
The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands Why Join Us?
