Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving during the night, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our property management systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills and deliver memorable guest experiences during the overnight shift. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage overnight reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision and efficiency Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics for management review Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions Monitor hotel security by conducting CCTV surveillance, patrolling public areas, and following hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety Maintain accurate records of all night audit activities, incident reports, and shift logs for accountability and future reference Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a night audit role or similar capacity Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management software (PMS) Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills for client interaction via phone and in person Experience working in resort environments or properties with complex operations is a plus Ability to problem-solve efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences during the overnight hours!
