Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins or early check-outs, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage front desk operations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries and reservations. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy of billing, charges, and reservations while maintaining confidentiality. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues with professionalism, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine inspections of the premises, and controlling access to restricted areas. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Support guest relations by delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations and fosters loyalty. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within a resort or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel management systems. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing multiple guest requests simultaneously. Experience with night audit procedures or similar overnight roles preferred.
