We are a franchised location for the Hampton Inn brand. We cater to a variety of guests from families, business workers, international tourists, and more! Our hotel boasts 127 rooms along with complimentary parking, WIFI, breakfast, and a 24/7 coffee station. As our Night Auditor, you will be the face seen by our guests at the end of their day or early morning beginnning. Our agents are known for their helpfullness, postive customer service, and warm demeanor. We look forward to you joining our staff as we provide exceptional stays for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during nighttime hours with professionalism and warmth Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and guest loyalty Conduct nightly audits of guest and house accounts Maintain hotel security by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting safety checks, and controlling access points Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address guest needs or relay messages efficiently Prepare daily shift reports and report findings to upper management Support front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Stocking and cleaning to prepare for the start of the next day Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is required Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment Knowledge of hotel management systems , preferably PEP Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone handling Ability to work with the security team during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Familiarity with guest relations practices and hotel safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff Individals who are looking for an additional source of income and an amazing employee discount on Hilton hotels would be the best fit for this position. This role is a dedicated support role for our Night Audit team. In this position you will work in tandem with the currently part-time Night Auditor to alternate shifts weekly.
