This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight success! Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during the night shift with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Conduct nightly audits using property management systems Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests or complaints with exceptional customer service skills. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, room charges, and adjustments while preparing detailed shift reports. Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently and effectively in case of incidents or safety concerns. Answer phone calls using proper phone etiquette, providing information about hotel services or directing inquiries appropriately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards overnight. Handle guest relations by resolving issues swiftly through customer service problem-solving techniques and clear client communication. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and property management systems. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Prior resort or hotel experience is preferred to enhance guest relations skills.
