Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest has a pleasant experience. Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
- Assist with phone calls, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
