The Night Auditor is responsible working an overnight shift balancing the days work and closing out the days accounts. Applicants attendants must be able to operate computers, basic office technology and perform some heavy lifting alone or with reasonable accommodations. Applicant must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Starting pay $17.50 - $18.50 per hour based on experience. Job Duties Work overnight Be comfortable working unsupervised Use critical thinking skills to solve issues and respond to guest needs Be able to operate a computer and basic office technology Use proper telephone etiquette to respond to guest needs Be able to communicate with guests in a positive manner during check in, and check out, as well as during social interactions Be able to balance the days work, create reports and use critical thinking skills to solve any issues that may arise. What are we looking for? Successful candidates should have critical thinking skills, be detail oriented and able to take direction. Posses a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Be willing to train for long term employment. Open schedules preferred with the ability to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
