  • Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences.
This full-time role is scheduled five nights a week, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will oversee night-time front desk activities, manage guest relations, and ensure the accuracy of financial and operational records. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and hotel management. Duties Welcome and assist overnight guests with check-in, check-out, and any special requests, ensuring a positive experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access to the property. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support hotel operations and management review. Handle guest inquiries related to hotel services, local attractions, and amenities with enthusiasm and expert knowledge. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Prepare, cook and setout breakfast. Wash, dry, and fold laundry. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems. Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster a welcoming environment during overnight hours. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail. Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with guest services protocols is a plus.
