Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit duties, including balancing and closing out daily transactions
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries or requests
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
