The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position requires a blend of accounting skills and exceptional customer service abilities, as you will be responsible for managing guest relations, performing night audits, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Duties Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare daily revenue reports and reconcile discrepancies in accounts. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction during the night shift. Manage phone systems efficiently, handling incoming calls and assisting guests with their needs promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the hotel management system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication throughout the hotel. Assist in training new staff on night audit procedures and customer service protocols. Requirements Previous experience in night auditing or a similar role within the hotel industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Proficiency in hotel management software and phone systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage financial records accurately. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times. A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
