Night Auditor DoubleTree by Hilton - 83 E 120th Ave Job Overview DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional overnight guest service while completing daily accounting and front desk operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial reporting.

Schedule:

Overnight Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as needed. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours. Perform hotel check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner. Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes. Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions. Balance cash drawers, credit card transactions, and other financial reports. Prepare and distribute daily reports for management. Ensure hotel security procedures are followed throughout the night. Monitor hotel activity and assist guests with any emergency situations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Night Audit experience is a plus but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic accounting, cash handling, and computer proficiency. Experience with Hilton systems (OnQ) preferred. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
