Job Description
"Come shine at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Enfield" Responsibilities and Duties Maintain responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and the safety of guests, and have authority for the hotel operations while on duty. Handle guest check-ins and checkouts efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information to all guests in a courteous and informative manner; Must have ability to keep guest information confidential. Prepare and have readied by shift change each day specified reports for managers. Receive and transmit mail, phone and written message for guests. Post all charges and compute guest bills using PMS. Balance daily revenues of Front Office and F&B operations. Audits hotel PMS to determine if accepted accounting procedure was followed in recording transactions. Notify the General Manager, AGM and FOM of any unusual incidents regarding operation and security of the hotel. Knows all emergency procedures for hotel and guest safety. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
