Duties Conduct the nightly audit process using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to verify and reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts. Provide outstanding guest services by handling late-night check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and managing access control to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate effectively via phone and in person to enhance guest satisfaction. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Support hotel emergency procedures by being prepared to act swiftly in case of incidents or emergencies, following established protocols. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, managing property management systems (PMS), and supporting front desk operations during overnight hours. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk roles, preferably with resort or hotel experience involving night audits. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management software (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and security protocols is essential. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns over the phone. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
