Hotel Night Auditor Hilton Home2 Suites Brandon - 1.9 Brandon, FL Job Details Part-time $17 an hour 2 days ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Night audit Computer literacy Basic math Numeracy Attention to detail Full Job Description The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service during the overnight shift while supporting front desk operations and completing daily accounting and reconciliation tasks. This position assists overnight guests with requests, processes arrivals and departures, balances accounts, and ensures front desk operations run smoothly throughout the night. Responsibilities Check in and check out guests while providing friendly and professional service Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and take reservations Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily hotel accounts Balance the cash drawer and accurately record receipts and transactions Investigate and resolve discrepancies or out-of-balance accounts Maintain accurate records and ensure all overnight transactions are properly processed Monitor the hotel and assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests Communicate important guest or operational information to the appropriate team members Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer and math skills Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred Availability to work overnight shifts Weekend availability is required
