In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining the safety and security of the hotel premises. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations data Manage front desk operations including handling multi-line phone systems, reservations, and guest inquiries Address guest concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their stay experience Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and controlling access to hotel areas Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Experience with front desk duties, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on creating positive experiences Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during night hours Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms guest stays into memorable experiences.
