Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and respond to their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage all front desk operations during night hours, including reservations, check-outs, and guest inquiries Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy of billing and financial records Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest requests or forwarding calls appropriately Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and managing access control procedures Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff Assist guests with special requests or concerns promptly to enhance their overall experience Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, particularly in front desk or guest services positions Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations best practices Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and resort or hotel environments Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Previous hotel experience is preferred; knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus Join us as a Night Auditor and become an essential part of creating memorable stays for our guests!
