We are currently seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Desk Agent with proven IHG experience to represent our brand and deliver outstanding service at our IHG Luxury Lifestyle property.
Position Requirements:
IHG system experience is
REQUIRED
(e.g., Opera, Concerto, IHG Loyalty knowledge) Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays Comfortable working rotating shifts (morning, evening, and occasional overnight) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
Responsibilities:
