Night AuditorJob Summary The Night Auditor supports administrative, financial, customer service, and property operations during evening hours . This position is responsible for balancing registers, completing deposits, processing refunds, monitoring the property, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative tasks as assigned.
Workdays:
Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Satruday The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, dependable, organized, observant, and detail-oriented , with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities Audit financial transactions and verify accuracy within company systems. Count, balance, and reconcile cash registers and drawers , reporting any discrepancies. Prepare, verify, and complete daily deposits and maintain supporting documentation. Process gift shop refunds and other authorized refunds in accordance with company procedures. Assist with front desk operations and respond professionally to customer inquiries. Monitor CCTV/security cameras and property activity to identify potential safety or security concerns. Conduct routine property walkthroughs and ensure designated entrances, exits, doors, and other areas are properly secured. Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, property damage, unauthorized access, or other unusual incidents to management. Follow established procedures when responding to emergencies, alarms, disturbances, or security concerns. Complete incident reports, shift reports, deposit records, and other required documentation. Provide administrative support as assigned , including data entry, filing, document preparation, record maintenance, and general office duties. Communicate important information to management and other departments to ensure a smooth transition between shifts. Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee, customer, security, and financial information. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Previous experience in administrative support, cash handling, auditing, front desk operations, security monitoring, or customer service is preferred. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems, software programs, security systems, and digital platforms. Experience with cash handling, register reconciliation, deposits, and basic financial recordkeeping is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to remain alert and observant while monitoring property activity. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
