In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold exceptional guest services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight operations, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting safety rounds. Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback documentation Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the night Support hotel management in administrative tasks such as inventory checks and compliance with hotel policies Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Previous night audit or night shift experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution Familiarity with hotel management software systems and excel spreadsheets Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and team members Prior experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is a plus
