The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel industry and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. Duties Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports for management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records. Handle the phone system efficiently, ensuring effective communication with guests and staff. Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel during night shifts. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Familiarity with night audit processes and front desk operations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
