Night Auditor New Port Richey, FL 34652 From $16.50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $16.50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time The Historic Hacienda Hotel, located in downtown New Port Richey, is looking for two nighttime Front Desk auditors. One position will be full time, and one position will be part time. The Hacienda Hotel is a small Historic Hotel, built in 1927, with 40 rooms fully restored and rebuilt around timeless architecture and outstanding craftsmanship. The full time position, and the part time position, must have the ability to work weekends and Holidays. The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions occurring during the day. The Night Auditor checks front office accounting records for daily accuracy, prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities for accuracy, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day. The Night Auditor tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics. This position prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the Hotel and Restaurant's financial performance of the day. Other guest services will also be performed such as, checking-in and out tasks, answering phones, and greeting and servicing guests.

REQUIREMENTS

Third shift experience within a hotel setting required. Experience handling cash and accounting procedures. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Guest-centric and customer-oriented approach and excellent people skills. Experience using hotel PMS and restaurant POS software. Knowledge of IQWare a plus. English and High School Diploma required.
