Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving during the night, handling guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in hotel management and customer service will help create a welcoming environment, while your multitasking skills ensure accurate financial and operational record-keeping. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while maintaining a lively and engaging atmosphere during the overnight shift. Duties Welcome guests arriving during the night with warmth and professionalism, providing exceptional guest services and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and ensuring the hotel's security protocols are followed Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information, processing reservations, and managing guest relations to enhance overall guest experience Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests efficiently Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles, particularly in front desk or night audit functions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Ability to work independently during overnight hours with a proactive attitude towards guest relations and security Familiarity with resort environments or large hotels is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record-keeping Join us as a Night Auditor to deliver outstanding guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the quiet but crucial overnight hours.
