Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while upholding the highest standards of hospitality management. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Handle all front desk responsibilities, including managing phone systems, answering inquiries with professional phone etiquette, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, and ensuring guest safety throughout the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily operations and audit compliance Respond efficiently to guest requests or complaints with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues promptly Completing Daily tasks and Daily Revenue Reports Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest services protocols, and hotel security practices Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion Opera Cloud Experience a plus Experience working in a hospitality environment enhances your suitability for this role Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
