Full Job Description About Us:
At Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport North I-85, we deliver the exceptional experience our guests expect, and it all starts with our team. We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-time Night Auditor who takes pride in both guest service and accuracy. This role is key to keeping the hotel running smoothly overnight. You'll be responsible for balancing daily reports, assisting guests, and ensuring everything is set up for a successful next day. Job Responsibilities:
Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing room revenue, payments, and reports Ensure all daily transactions are accurate and properly recorded in the system (PEP experience is a plus) Check in late arrivals and assist guests with check-outs as needed Provide excellent guest service by handling requests, questions, and concerns professionally Maintain a safe and secure environment during overnight hours Complete required reports and distribute to management as needed Prepare the front desk and hotel systems for the next business day Monitor hotel activity and respond to any issues or emergencies as needed Keep the front desk, lobby, and work areas clean and organized Communicate important updates to the morning team and management Prepare breakfast bags for early departures as needed Stock front desk, market, and breakfast areas for the morning shift Assist with basic breakfast setup to ensure a smooth transition for the morning team Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred Strong attention to detail and basic math/accounting skills Ability to work independently and stay organized during overnight shifts Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling guest situations calmly and professionally Basic computer skills required (PEP experience a plus) Must be reliable and able to work overnight shifts (including weekends and holidays) Apply today and be part of a team that takes pride in what they do!
