Job Summary If you can not work weekends or holiday please do not apply. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining accurate financial records. This role is crucial in providing exceptional guest services and upholding the standards of our hotel or resort. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service to guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Prepare reports detailing daily activities, revenue, and occupancy rates for management review. Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring premises and responding to emergencies as necessary. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation during the night shift. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage financial records accurately. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
