Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure a smooth and welcoming overnight experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and maintaining the security and integrity of the hotel's operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations throughout their stay Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation adjustments Conduct nightly audits of billing, accounts, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts Assist with guest requests promptly and efficiently, resolving issues to enhance overall guest satisfaction Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Proficiency in front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software Knowledge of hotel management procedures, guest services, and guest relations best practices Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during night shifts Familiarity with hotel security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response procedures This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
