We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team! If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service, working independently, and ensuring hotel operations run smoothly overnight, we'd love to hear from you.

Holiday Inn Express Forsyth Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests. Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions. Balance cash, credit card, and other payment records. Answer phone calls, make reservations, and provide information about hotel services. Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain the security and safety of the hotel during overnight hours. Prepare reports for management and ensure the front desk is ready for the morning shift.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer and cash-handling skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Must be dependable, punctual, and available to work overnight, including weekends and holidays.
