Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. Duties Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our hotel management system. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone systems and responding to calls promptly. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in hotels or guest services is preferred, but not necessary. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on guest relations. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
