Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, and completing daily financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform the nightly audit process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded Reconcile and balance daily credit and debit transactions across all departments with a high level of accuracy Prepare and finalize end-of-day reports, verifying totals and resolving any discrepancies before closing out the business day Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Ensure accuracy of billing, payments, and folios Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff Provide detailed reports and summaries for management review Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work overnight shifts Required to work weekends, holidays, and all days of the week as scheduled Flexibility is essential based on business needs

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
