Job Title:
Relief Night Audit Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Relief Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Night Auditor, you will handle guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and assist with any other guest needs to ensure a memorable stay.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Assist with night audit procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred
  • Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous
  • Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
