We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional who is organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Position Details- Full-Time Position
Shift:
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM- Benefits available Position Summary The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the overnight shift, assisting guests, balancing daily financial reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Process reservations and room assignments
- Balance daily transactions and complete night audit reports
- Reconcile credit card and cash transactions
- Prepare daily management reports
- Monitor hotel security and guest safety overnight
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Basic accounting and cash handling knowledge
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
