  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor at our Comfort Inn & Suites location.
In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth overnight operation of the front desk, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining accurate financial records. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing during nighttime hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in or out, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure Manage all night audit procedures, including balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols of the property, and controlling access points during overnight hours Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette to assist guests and internal departments Record and report any incidents or irregularities during the night shift, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues efficiently Qualifications Prior experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations and positive interactions Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest demographic effectively Knowledge of hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is advantageous Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and security protocols Previous hospitality experience in resort or hotel environments is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in hospitality management environments and enjoy delivering memorable guest experiences.
