This energetic role offers the opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, provide top-tier guest services, and maintain the hotel's nightly financial and operational records. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, ensuring safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction while managing administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently using hotel management systems. Handle guest inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and any discrepancies or incidents that occur during your shift. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property. Assist guests with requests related to their stay, including concierge services or local information, fostering positive guest relations. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and uphold the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and safety. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest communication. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems; experience with night audit procedures is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills to manage nightly financial reports accurately while multitasking effectively. Ability to work independently during overnight hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
