Here is what we're looking for! We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This position plays a key role in ensuring exceptional guest service while completing daily accounting and reporting functions during overnight hours. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures. Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally. Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions. Balance room, Bar, and market revenue reports. Prepare and distribute daily management reports. Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and guest communications. Monitor hotel security and conduct property walks as needed. Stock and maintain the market, lobby, and breakfast areas for the next day. Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and hotel policies. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning the new Marriott PMS system. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed and as scheduled.
