As a Customer Service Agent, you are part of our Front Desk Team and your passion for providing excellent customer service contributes to our high level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the first and often last, point of contact for our guests, you will communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone to provide a great experience. Job Description Our Candlewood Suites in Meridian is looking for a part time Night Auditor. This position will work three days per week, occasionally more.
SUMMARY:
The Night Auditor is responsible for overnight operations of the hotel but ultimately will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk running smoothly. Reports directly to the Operations and General Managers A night in the life of an Auditor may look like: Checking in guests, answering phones and taking reservations Responding to guest complaints, requests and emergencies Reconciling accounts, maintaining office records and daily operations Balancing the cash drawer and log receipts Keeping accurate financial records and ledgers Helping prepare for forecasts and audits Maintaining safety of guests Performing security walks periodically throughout the night Skills Proven experience as a Night Auditor or overnight shifts may benefit candidates but is not required An eye for detail Good problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills The ability to multitask Availability to work overnight Carry out any reasonable request by Management that I am capable of performing Pay is $16.00-$17.00 per hour, $DOE.
