Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Relief Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our vibrant hotel or resort. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, accurate financial reporting, and seamless front desk functions. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the highest standards of hotel management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a lively hospitality setting while honing your skills in guest relations and hotel operations. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the day's reports. Manage the front desk during overnight hours, assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously. Address guest needs promptly, resolving issues related to reservations, billing, or accommodations to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor security through CCTV surveillance and perform routine safety checks of the property during the night shift. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff. Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages as needed. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills essential for guest interactions. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable.
