Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk during nighttime hours, performing accurate financial audits, and providing outstanding guest services. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help maintain the highest standards of hospitality management while supporting the safety and satisfaction of our guests. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries using professional phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Conduct nightly financial audits, including verifying billing accuracy and balancing accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel reservation systems Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures during overnight hours Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure guest relations are handled with care and professionalism Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Manage front desk operations seamlessly, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications in hospitality reservation systems Uphold high standards of phone communication, demonstrating excellent hospitality management and night audit expertise Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment, preferably resort or hotel experience Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication and guest relations Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and night audit processes Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and problem-solving capabilities Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during overnight shifts Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction across diverse audiences Join us as a Night Auditor to deliver memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational integrity through energetic engagement and detailed oversight.
