Hilton Resorts Corporation invites you to join our Front Desk team at Hotel Blake as a Night Auditor. In this role, you'll oversee hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient front desk management.

As a Night Auditor, you'll be the night-time guardian of Hotel Blake's operations. Your primary responsibility is to manage the front desk, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. You'll work closely with our management team to uphold Hilton's high standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work independently and make a significant impact on the guest experience during the quieter hours of the day. Manage front desk operations, including guest arrivals and departures, during the night shift. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive stay. Accurately process guest reservations, payments, and billing, maintaining a high level of financial integrity. Monitor and uphold guest safety and security protocols, as per Hilton's standards. Update and balance daily revenue reports, ensuring accurate financial records. Conduct nightly audits of the hotel's financial transactions and reconcile accounts. Maintain a clean and professional front desk environment, setting the tone for guest interactions. Assist guests with any issues or concerns, offering prompt and effective solutions. Collaborate with the management team to implement guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain Hilton's brand reputation. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, especially in the hospitality industry, is preferred. Proficiency in Hotel PMS (Property Management System) is essential for this role. Experience working the 3rd shift is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction are a must. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial transactions, is crucial. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and make sound decisions is essential. Good communication skills for effective guest interaction and collaboration with the team. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software for efficient documentation. A positive, professional attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of the hotel.
