Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, working two nights per week to ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. As a Night Auditor, you will be the key point of contact during the overnight shift, managing front desk operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining guest relations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your dedication will help uphold our commitment to providing memorable stays for every guest. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with friendly phone etiquette and excellent customer service problem-solving skills Conduct the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS). Ensure all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly, maintaining high standards of guest services and guest relations Monitor hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and security measures to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless communication with daytime staff Assist with reservation management using hospitality reservation systems; update guest profiles and handle modifications efficiently Maintain professional communication via phone and in-person interactions, demonstrating exceptional hospitality management skills Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred; resort experience is a plus Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively in a multilingual or bilingual environment Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and night audit processes Excellent phone communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Hospitality industry knowledge including hotel experience, guest relations, and hospitality management principles Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences during the overnight hours!
