The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for guest relations and hospitality management is essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Assist with phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Speak an additional language such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, or German.
