Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing administrative duties with guest relations to maintain the highest standards of hospitality management. Your proactive approach and multilingual skills will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight service, delivering smooth operations while upholding safety protocols and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions. Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with exceptional customer service. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform routine safety inspections in accordance with hotel emergency procedures. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently through effective client communication and customer service problem-solving skills. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless handovers to morning staff. Assist with reservation management using hospitality reservation systems, accommodating special requests and maintaining booking accuracy. Uphold phone etiquette when communicating with guests, vendors, and team members to foster positive relationships and clear communication. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within resort or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest demographic effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and guest relations best practices. Excellent customer service skills combined with problem-solving capabilities to handle guest concerns professionally. Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high attention to detail and operational accuracy. Previous experience with night audit processes or hotel management roles is preferred; resort experience is a plus.
