In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle administrative tasks, and provide exceptional guest services. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for during their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, maintaining the hotel's standards of excellence around the clock. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while providing friendly, professional service. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with clarity and courtesy. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy in billing and reservations, resolving discrepancies promptly. Prepare detailed reports on daily financial transactions, occupancy levels, and operational issues for management review. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety inspections of the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. Support front desk operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the lobby area during overnight hours. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest demographic effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred to understand guest relations thoroughly. Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and management teams seamlessly.
